The soft but slightly crunch of slow-cooked steel cut oats are my favourite. They take 10 to 15 minutes on the stove. Then I add milk, maple syrup, peanut butter (my other food love), and a banana. Mmm. . .had it for breakfast today and will again tomorrow. Good eats indeed!</description>
