The day started off with a staff meeting at the VIVA Singapore office. Then met with some sales leaders in the cafe at the hotel. I then headed to the airport on my way to Taipei. And guess what, they have Coffee Bean in the Singapore airport:

The flight wasn’t too bad. Except they did serve a rather lousy dinner early which I only nibbled on. On the drive to the hotel, I realized that this is the first time that I have been in Taiwan without Rebecca since we have been married. Usually, when we go to Asia, Rebecca and the girls would stay in Taiwan, while I went to the other countries. This was the first time to be in Taipei alone, in some time. It was weird to experience a sense of aloneness (I guess, that would actually be loneliness).

As we came close to the hotel, we drove by Taipei’s 101:

By the time I got to the hotel, I was tired and hungry, and unfortunately, had a meeting straight away. My emergency Mojo bar came in handy. The meeting ended up going till 11:30pm, and I was just too tired to go out and grab something to eat or drink from the nearby 7-11.
