Things are a bit crazy at the moment, so this is the perfect time to remind myself of the Serenity Prayer:
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.
I read this prayer during devotions a few months ago and it really touched me in its simplicity and also in its complete reliance on God’s strength and not my own.
Elijah has had this prayer on the frontpage of fanster.net for sometime, but I just noticed it a couple of weeks ago
